Manage your organization account
The Organization settings page allows you to manage key details for your StatusGator organization, such as its name, timezone, and contact information. These settings apply across all boards in your organization.
Access organization settings
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Organization Settings from the dropdown menu.
General settings

- Organization name – The name of your organization as it appears across StatusGator.
- Timezone – Determines the timezone used in email notifications. Times displayed on the website are automatically adjusted to the user’s local timezone, but notification emails use the organization’s set timezone.
- Country – Select your organization’s country.
- Address – Provide your full mailing address, including city, state/province, and zip code. This is collected for compliance purposes only.
Click Save to apply any changes.
Security options

These settings give admins more control over access to your organization and how certain data is processed.
Support access controls
Admins can decide whether StatusGator support staff are permitted to access your organization for troubleshooting:
Allow StatusGator support access – When enabled (default), support staff may access your organization to investigate issues.
When disabled, support access is blocked until you re-enable it.
This setting helps align StatusGator access with your internal security policies.
Admin sign-in requirements with SSO
For organizations using single sign-on (SSO):
Allow admin sign-in without SSO – When enabled (default), organization admins can sign in using email and password as a fallback in addition to SSO.
When disabled, all admins must sign in through your identity provider using SSO.
Use this control to enforce stricter authentication policies. (This complements the team-wide SSO settings under Authentication options.)
Outage report training and analysis (Enterprise)
Enterprise plans can control how outage report text is used for training and analysis:
Allow outage report training and analysis – When enabled, StatusGator may analyze outage report text (e.g., using large-language models) to generate summaries or insights.
When disabled, outage reports will not be used for training/analysis.
This setting helps align data usage with your organization’s privacy guidelines.
Delete your organization account
