Iframe embed
StatusGator allows you to embed your status page directly into your own website or internal portal using an iFrame. This provides a seamless way to share real-time service status with your users without requiring them to visit your StatusGator page.
Set up the iFrame embed
- Go to Integrations → Embeds → iFrame → Add.
- Configure your embed settings:
- Title – optional text displayed at the top of your embed.
- Layout – choose between Full or Compact view.
- Theme – match your site design with System, Light, or Dark mode.
- Width & Height – set exact pixel values or use percentages (e.g.,
100%
). - Options – choose whether to display borders, tooltips, service summary, or a link back to the full status page.
- Save changes.
- Copy either the iFrame URL or the iFrame code provided.
- Paste the embed into your website or application where you want the status page to appear.
Your live StatusGator status page will now be displayed inside your site.
Other embed options
In addition to the iFrame embed, StatusGator also offers these options for embedding your status page:
- Status embed – embed a compact widget directly into your website’s content. Ideal for dashboards or support portals where space is limited.
- Modal embed – add a pop-up modal window that displays service status when users click a button or link. Great for giving users on-demand visibility.
- TV embed – display a large-screen version of your status page, perfect for office TVs, NOCs, or shared team dashboards.
These options provide flexibility to present service status in the way that best fits your audience and workflow.
