SMS integration with StatusGator
You can receive real-time service status updates from StatusGator via SMS, ensuring your team stays informed even when you're away from email or chat apps.
Note: StatusGator does not charge any additional fees for notifications, including SMS.

Setting up SMS notifications
- Navigate to the board for which you want to enable SMS alerts.
- Go to Integrations → SMS.
- Enter your mobile phone number (including country code, e.g.,
+1 555-123-4567).
Note: Each board can send SMS alerts to multiple numbers. Simply enter several phone numbers separated by commas when configuring the SMS integration.
- Click Add or Save.
- Send a test notification to confirm everything is working.
Once confirmed, StatusGator will send SMS alerts whenever there's an outage, maintenance, or status change in the services you’re monitoring.

Note: The United Kingdom (+44) is not supported at this time. If you need SMS alerts to a number in a non-listed country, please contact us to inquire about enabling it.
Updating or removing a phone number
- Change recipient – go to the board’s Integrations → SMS section, remove the old number, and add your new one.
- Remove SMS notifications from a board – navigate to the board’s Integrations page and delete the SMS entry.
