Send alerts to different Slack channels
We support multiple Slack configurations using multiple dashboards. A dashboard is a set of service monitors and each dashboard can have its own set of notification preferences including what Slack channel it sends to. Most of our customers use a dashboard for each team or department, each of which probably has its own Slack channel for receiving notifications.

Once you've done that, you'll see a drop-down in the top right of your page to switch dashboards. For each dashboard, you can configure a Slack integration and set separate rooms for each. Let me know if that will work for you or if you're looking for something more advanced.
