Set user permissions
Some StatusGator plans support multiple users per organization, allowing you to control who can manage monitoring, notifications, and integrations.
Available roles

Tip: Assign Org Admin access only to trusted team members who need organization-wide control. Most users can safely be Admins.
Change user roles
- Go to Team Management in the sidebar.
- Locate the user whose role you want to update.
- In the Role column, use the dropdown to switch between Admin and Org Admin.
Changes take effect immediately.
Security responsibilities for Org Admins
Org Admins are responsible for managing security at the organization level:
- 2FA enforcement – Require all members to enable two-factor authentication for stronger account protection.
- SSO configuration – Set up SAML-based Single Sign-On so team members can log in with your identity provider.
