Refund policy

Generally, StatusGator does not offer refunds. However, in rare cases we may consider refund requests at our discretion.

How to request a refund

  1. Email our support team at hi@statusgator.com.
  2. In the subject line, write: Refund Request.
  3. In the body of the email, include:
    • Your account email.
    • The reason you are requesting a refund.
    • Any purchase or transaction details that may help us locate the charge.

We will review your request and contact you shortly.
