Generally, StatusGator does not offer refunds. However, in rare cases we may consider refund requests at our discretion.
How to request a refund
- Email our support team at hi@statusgator.com.
- In the subject line, write: Refund Request.
- In the body of the email, include:
- Your account email.
- The reason you are requesting a refund.
- Any purchase or transaction details that may help us locate the charge.
