Manage status page subscribers

Keep your stakeholders informed by managing who receives updates from your status page. You can easily invite, configure, and remove subscribers from the Subscribers tab in your Status Page settings.

Access subscriber management

Navigate to Status Page → Subscribers from the left-hand menu. You'll see two tabs:

  • Settings: Control visibility, branding, and notification behaviors.
  • Subscribers: View and manage the list of current subscribers.

Invite new subscribers

  1. Click the green + Invite subscribers button.
  2. In the popup, enter one or more email addresses (comma-separated).
  3. Select the notification scope:
    • Updates to all services – Subscriber receives updates for every incident, maintenance, or event.
    • Choose specific services – Limit notifications to only the services they care about.
  4. Optionally, check Skip email confirmation if the subscriber has already consented to receive notifications.
  5. Click Invite.

Subscribers typically receive a confirmation email unless skipped.

View and manage current subscribers

Switch to the Subscribers tab to see:

  • Email Address
  • Date Subscribed
  • Services they are subscribed to
  • A trash icon for immediate removal of any subscriber

Configure subscriber behavior

In the Settings tab, you can adjust:

  • Allow users to subscribe — Enables a subscribe button on your public status page.
  • Show alligator mascot in emails — Adds fun branding to your notifications.
  • Brand email with your logo / Send from your address — Available on paid plans for full email branding.
  • Restrict subscriber domains — Only allow emails from specified domains (e.g., @yourcompany.com).
  • Enable outage reporting by users
    • Get emails for reported outages — Route user reports to specified email addresses.
    • Create helpdesk tickets for reports — Automatically open tickets when users submit outage reports.
