Private status integrations
Private status integrations is an Enterprise-only feature that allows StatusGator to pull internal service health data from APIs—like Microsoft 365, Zendesk, and others – rather than relying on public status pages. This gives you precise visibility into the actual status of your own infrastructure, enhancing the accuracy of your dashboard and alerts.

How to enable private status integrations
- In StatusGator, navigate to Integrations → Private Status.
- Find the service you want to ingest (e.g., Microsoft 365), and click Add.
- Fill out the required fields (like API credentials or domains) specific to that service.
- Save your setup.
Once configured, your board and notifications will reflect internal statuses from your supported services—not just public indicators.
