Change payment method
You can update the payment method for your StatusGator subscription at any time—just be sure to make changes before your next billing date to avoid being charged on your old card.
How to change your payment method
- Sign in to StatusGator and navigate to Plan and Billing from the sidebar.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Select Change payment method.
- You’ll be redirected to Stripe, where you can securely update your card or payment details.
Note: If you update your payment method on the day your subscription renews, the charge may still go through on the old method—so it’s best to set it up at least one day before renewal.
If we have trouble processing your payment, we'll notify you and ask you to update your payment method.
