Customize your status page hostname
Every StatusGator status page is hosted on a unique subdomain of statusgator.app. You can customize this hostname so your page is easy to remember and share.
How to set your StatusGator domain
- Go to the Status Page section of your board.
- Open the General tab and scroll to the Domain section.
- Select StatusGator domain.
- Enter the subdomain you’d like to use (for example:
yourcompany.statusgator.app). - If the subdomain is already taken, you’ll be prompted to choose another.
Your page will immediately be available at the new hostname.
Notes
- Choose a hostname that’s short, clear, and recognizable.
- You can update the hostname anytime, but old links will no longer work once changed.
- If you’d prefer to host your status page under your own domain (like
status.yourcompany.com), you can also configure a custom domain.
