SupportSystem iFrame embed

SupportSystem is a customer support ticketing platform that enables businesses to manage and streamline customer inquiries efficiently. By integrating StatusGator with your SupportSystem landing page, you can display the real-time status of your services. This allows users to check for ongoing outages or maintenance issues before submitting a ticket, potentially reducing unnecessary support requests.

First off, you need to whitelist StatusGator IPs.

Next, you need to generate the StatusGator iFrame Code.

As the final step, you will need to add the iFrame to your SupportSystem landing page. Here are the steps you need to take: 

1. Log in to your SupportSystem admin panel.

2. Navigate to Admin Panel:

4. Navigate to Pages:

5. Navigate to Landing Page (if you don't have that option yet, you need to create a new landing page). 

6. Locate the section where you want to display the StatusGator status.

7. Paste the copied iFrame code from StatusGator into the SupportSystem HTML editor:

8. Click Save and preview the landing page to confirm the integration: 

Your users will now be able to see the live status of your services before submitting a ticket, helping them determine if their issue is related to an ongoing outage.
