Zendesk status
The Zendesk private status ingestion integration lets you monitor the health of your own Zendesk infrastructure—rather than the public status page—by ingesting internal status data directly into StatusGator.
This feature is available on the Enterprise plan.
Features
Internal Zendesk status monitoring – ingest real-time status data from your own Zendesk instance instead of relying on the public status feed.
Set up the Zendesk private ingestion
- Navigate to Integrations → Status Ingestion → Zendesk → Add.
- On the setup page, enter:
- Display name – a label for this integration (e.g., "Zendesk - Support Team").
- Subdomain – your Zendesk organization’s subdomain (e.g.,
yourcompany.zendesk.com).
- Click Save.
- On the same screen, switch to the Monitors tab and check the box next to “Zendesk” to enable private ingestion.
Alternatively, you can configure private ingestion directly from StatusGator’s service configuration page: locate the Zendesk monitor, click Configure, and enable Private status ingestion.
