Connect StatusGator to Incident IQ
The Incident IQ integration lets issues reported from your StatusGator status page automatically create tickets in Incident IQ. This helps your IT or service management teams track and resolve problems faster and without manual duplication.
Features
- Automatic ticket creation – Issues reported on your status page generate tickets in Incident IQ.
- Detailed ticket contents – Tickets include the reporter’s email, the affected service, and the description they submitted.
- Centralized workflow – User-reported outages flow directly into your Incident IQ system for consistent tracking.
Note: The integration does not publish service status changes automatically; only user-reported issues create tickets.
Set up the Incident IQ integration
- Open your status page, go to the Subscribers tab, and check Get helpdesk tickets for reported outages. This ensures that reported issues generate tickets in Incident IQ.

- Product ID – The product or service ID that tickets should be associated with.
- Domain – Your Incident IQ domain (for example,
yourdistrict.incidentiq.com
). - Token – Generate and copy your API token for authentication.
- In StatusGator, go to Integrations → Help Desk → Incident IQ → Add.
- Enter your Site ID, Product ID, Domain, and API token.
- Click Save.
- Send a test notification to confirm everything is working.
Once enabled, any issues reported by visitors on your status page will automatically appear in Incident IQ as tickets, complete with details and reporter information.
