Connect StatusGator to Incident IQ

The Incident IQ integration lets you bring live outage information from your StatusGator status page directly into Incident IQ. You can now choose how outages are surfaced to your users and staff.

You may configure the integration to:

  • Automatically create support tickets in Incident IQ
  • Display an outage announcement bar inside Incident IQ
  • Use both options at the same time

This flexibility allows you to balance user awareness with internal incident tracking.

Features

  • Outage announcement bar – When a monitored service experiences an outage, StatusGator can display an announcement bar at the top of the Incident IQ interface. The announcement bar shows key outage details and includes a link to your public StatusGator status page.
  • Automatic support ticket creation – StatusGator can automatically create a support ticket in Incident IQ when an outage is detected. Each ticket includes relevant outage information so your team can track and respond to incidents without manual entry.
