Brand emails with your logo and sender
The Branded Email feature lets you customize your notification emails with your company’s logo and sender details, strengthening your brand identity when communicating outages and status changes via email.
Available on the Enterprise plan, or as an add-on for other plans upon request.
Features
- Replace the StatusGator logo with your own in email headers.
- Send from your own email address and display name for better recognition and trust.
- Comply with email regulations by including your postal address in the footer.
Setting up branded emails
- Go to your Status Page, then open the Subscribers tab.
- Enable Allow users to subscribe to updates.
- Optional: toggle Show alligator mascot in emails on or off to include or hide the StatusGator mascot.
- Enable Brand email with your own logo to replace the default logo with your uploaded version.
- Enable Send from your own email address, then enter your preferred display name and email address.
- Provide your postal address for compliance, which will appear in the email footer.
- Submit your sender details for approval—StatusGator will review them before activation.
