Delete your StatusGator account

If StatusGator isn’t the right fit for you, or if you signed up accidentally, you can permanently delete your account. There are two different types of deletion: deleting your user profile or deleting the entire organization account.

Delete your profile

Deleting your profile removes only your individual user account.

• Your data, login, and settings will be deleted.
• The rest of your organization will remain intact.
• Your subscription will continue for other members of your organization.

To delete your profile:

1. Go to Your Profile from the top-right menu.
2. Scroll down and click Delete profile.
3. Check the box Yes, delete my user profile and confirm.

Important: This action is irreversible.

Delete your organization account

Deleting your organization account removes everything shared with your team:

• All boards, monitors, and integrations
• All subscribers
• All user accounts connected to the organization

To delete your organization:

1. Go to Organization Settings from the top-right menu.
2. Scroll down and click Delete organization account.
3. You must downgrade your plan to Free before deletion is possible.
4. If needed, click Contact us and our team will assist.

Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
