Connect StatusGator to OptiSigns
Display your StatusGator board on OptiSigns digital signage screens so employees can see real-time vendor outages, maintenance events, and service health throughout the office. This integration uses the OptiSigns Embed app to display a live StatusGator board that updates automatically as service statuses change.

Set up StatusGator
Generate your OptiSigns embed
- Sign in to StatusGator.
- Navigate to Integrations.
- Select OptiSigns.
- Click Add.
- Copy the generated Embed Code.
Note: OptiSigns requires the complete iframe embed code. Copy the entire code snippet generated by StatusGator.
Set up OptiSigns
Create an Embed asset
- Sign in to your OptiSigns account.
- Navigate to Files/Assets.
- Click Create → Apps.
- Select Embed.
- Enter a name for the asset.
- Paste the StatusGator Embed Code into the Embed Code field.
- (Optional) Adjust the update interval.
- Click Save.
Display the board
Create a playlist
- In OptiSigns, go to Playlists.
- Click Create Playlist.
- Enter a name for your playlist.
- Click Browse Assets.
- Select the StatusGator Embed asset you created.
- Click Select to add it to the playlist.
Push the playlist to a screen
- Open the playlist.
- Click Push to Screens.
- Select the screen(s) where you want to display the StatusGator board.
- Click Push.
Preview your screen
- Navigate to Screens.
- Locate the screen you assigned the playlist to.
- Click Preview to verify the StatusGator board is displayed.
Your StatusGator board will now appear on the selected OptiSigns screen and will automatically update whenever monitored vendor statuses change.
