Service monitor overview
You can open any service monitor to review its details, check its history, and take quick actions such as reporting outages or removing it from your board.
Open the service monitor details page
- Go to the Monitors page.
- Click the monitor name or click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right side and select View details.
At a glance (top of the page)
- Current status — A status badge (Up, Warn, Down, Maint) and last updated time.
- Service category — The category the service belongs to (for example, Collaboration, Cloud provider).
- Source links — Quick links to the service’s official status page (and relevant subpages) and the service homepage.
Info: For services without an official status page, you’ll see an X icon next to their icon. These are monitored using StatusGator’s detection algorithms, and the link here points to an unofficial status page generated by StatusGator.
- Quick actions — Buttons/menus to override status, configure, report an outage, or remove the monitor.
