Report an issue
You can now report an issue for services directly from the admin board. This new capability is designed to help detect potential problems before the provider reports them on their status page.
How it works
With this new feature, you can quickly and easily report any anomalies or issues they encounter. While these reports won’t be shared publicly, they will contribute to a collective early warning system, providing valuable insights to other users. By flagging potential problems early, you can help others prepare for issues before they impact infrastructure. These reports are one of the mechanisms that help us define issues early and notify you and others about potential downtime.

How to report an issue
To report an issue from the admin board:
1. Navigate to your Board.
2. Click on three dots right next to the needed monitor, select the Report Issue button.
3. Optionally provide a brief description of the issue and any relevant details in the pop-up window.
4. Submit your report.
Your input will be added to our internal monitoring system, helping us and other users detect and respond to potential issues swiftly.
