Branding emails with your logo and sender

Branded Email is offered to users on Enterprise plan and as an add-on to other plans upon request. It lets you customize your incident and status change emails to include your logo and sender details in order to showcase your own brand identity.

Here's how to set it up: 

1. Go to your Status Page:

2. Click on the Subscribers tab and check off the box "Allow users to subscribe to updates".

3. You can check off "Show alligator mascot in emails". This shows or hides the alligator design inside the status header.

4. You can check off "Brand email with your own logo". Then our StatusGator logo will be replaced with the one you've uploaded to your status page.

5. You can check off "Send from your own email address" and enter the display name and email address you want to send notifications from. 

6. You also need to enter your postal address for compliance purposes, which will be displayed in the footer. 


Once you enter your sender details, StatusGator will need to approve your sender before it is activated. Please reach out to us for help with that process.
