2FA (Two-Step Verification) needs to be disabled
It may happen that you are in need to disable your 2FA on your account because you are having issues like delays with codes upon login and/or cannot disable the Two-Step Verification on your own because you lost backup codes.
In that case, you need to contact StatusGator support and we will manually turn it off for you and request some data related to your StatusGator account to confirm your account ownership if you contact us from not the account-associated email.
