Connecting to Webex
To enable the Webex integration, follow the next steps:
1. Go to the Integrations page in StatusGator. Under Chat, click Add next to Webex.
2. Now head over to the Webex login portal and select the needed space or create one specifically dedicated to notifications from StatusGator.
3. Click on the settings icon on the right side and select Add Integrations & Bots.
4. You will be redirected to the following site: https://apphub.webex.com/. Once there, input "webhook" in the search bar and then select the Incoming webhooks option from the search results.
5. On the next page, scroll down, select the needed space and enter the webhook name that you want to be displayed, hit the Add button.
6. You'll get your webhook URL, copy it, you'll use it on StatusGator.
7. Now head back to StatusGator and input the webhook URL from Webex into the Webhook URL field on the Webex integration configuration page, hit Save.
You can send a test to check if your Webex integration is working as expected:
1. Click on "Test Integrations" on the same page, select the Webext Integration and a monitor to test with, hit Send Test.
2. You'll get a notification that your test has been sent.
3. Go to the Webex interface again, select the space you set up your integration in and you'll see the test alert you sent.
