Zendesk Private Status Ingestion
StatusGator Enterprise plan supports ingestion of your specific tenant status from major services such as Zendesk.
Below are the steps for you to enable the Zendesk private status ingestion:
1. Click on Integrations, select Status Ingestion, hit the gree Add button next to Zendesk status ingestion. 
2. On the next page, enter the display name and the subdomain of your integration (these should be the name of your organization and its org name), hit Save.
3. Switch over to the Monitors subtab. 
4. Check off the box next to Zendesk. 
You can also enable Zendesk private ingestion from the Service configuration page. Simply locate Zendesk from the list of your monitors, navigate to the Configuration page, and click Configure in the Private status ingestion section.
After setting up private ingestion, you can always access the settings directly from the Zendesk service configuration page.
