Monitoring services without status pages
Every now and then it happens a service provider does not publish an official status page. That means that StatusGator cannot pull in official incidents and outages from them. However, we can still list the service in our directory and you can still monitor it. At this time, the notifications you get will be limited to Early Warning Signals which would be disruptions we detect that are not officially acknowledged. Services without status pages are called Unofficial services and show with a small badge X icon.
To request a new service to be added, all you need to do is contact us with this request at hi@statusgator.com or via the feedback widget.
To do that, click on Add Monitor in the upper-right, then select Service Monitor:
You will be taken to the next page, where you need to click on "Request" in the upper-right
