Occasionally you might need to change your payment method on file at StatusGator. If we have trouble charging your card we will notify you and ask you to update your payment method. Below are the steps needed to do that.


You need to sign in to StatusGator and go to the Account page. 
At the bottom, there is a form to change the payment method:
