Changing Your Payment Method
Occasionally, you might need to change your payment method on file at StatusGator. You can change the payment method of your active recurring subscription any time before your next billing date. If you attempt to update your payment method the same day your subscription expires, you can be charged on your old payment method.
It is best to make changes at least one day before your current subscription expires.
Note: if we have trouble charging your card, we will notify you and ask you to update your payment method.
To change your payment method:
1. Sign in to StatusGator and go to the Plan and Billing page.
2. Select the Billing tab.
3. Click on the Change payment method button.
4. You will be redirected to Stripe, where you can change your payment method.
