Upcoming maintenance
Getting notified when a service goes down is great! What is even better? Get notified of upcoming planned maintenance periods when the provider publishes them. That way, you can notify your staff in advance by receiving these alerts via emails.
To enable upcoming maintenance for a certain monitor, you need to take the following steps:
1. Go to your Board.
2. Hit three dots right next to the needed monitor, select Configure.
3. On the next page, switch over to the Notifications tab.
4. Check off the Upcoming Maintenance box, hit Save.
That's it! From now on you'll get email-notified about any planned maintenance that a service provider posts on their status page about.
