Private Status Ingestion
Some services such as Microsoft 365, Zendesk, and others provide APIs that deliver the status of your specific infrastructure. Instead of the public cloud status, StatusGator can show the status of your company’s hosted tenants. Improve the accuracy of your status page and notifications with Private Status Ingestion – only available on our Enterprise plan.
To access the private status ingestion feature, select the Integrations menu item in the left menu, then select Private Status Ingestion:
You can set up the Microsoft 365 Private Status Ingestion by clicking on the green Add button next to it.
On the next page, you need to input some specific values such as: Display name, Client ID, Client secret, Tenant name. Once filled out, hit Save.
Next, you will be asked to check off the monitors that you want to be ingested with your personal Microsoft 365 account tenant. Once done, hit Save and that's it.
