Incident details
To view incident details, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your incidents page by clicking on the "View details" option in the context menu.
On the incident detail page, you can see:
- Incident name
- Current incident phase (learn more about phases in this article.)
- Severity (learn more about severity in this article.)
- Timeline of incident updates, including:
- Update phase
- Affected monitors and its status (orange dot indicated status "Warn", red dot - "Down", blue dot - "Maint" (learn more about statuses in this article)
- Descriptions (if added)
- Author of the update
- Update publish time
You can also:
- Edit incident name, or incident update description in case you made a typo
- Add incident updates
- Remove incident updates or the whole incident completely. Note that this action will delete all associated data and it can't be undone.
